What’s the role?
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about solving complex problems for our customers and has a passion for mentoring team members. As a Senior Software Engineer, you are passionate about shipping quality code and continuously improving your technical mastery. You are also someone who finds meaning in helping others improve their technical proficiency.
What a typical day involves:
- Design technology solutions and write code!
- Review contributor pull requests to merge changes into the code repository
- Provide active guidance and support to your paired mentee
- Contribute code to external open-source software projects.
- Collaborate with the Principal Engineer on implementation activities
- Develop and ship internal RAVL products
- Spend time mastering your craft
- Additional needs will arise as we iterate together, all with the intent of Building Better!
