  • Developing project plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Leading cross-functional teams in executing project activities, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status, progress, and milestones, maintaining transparency and alignment.
  • Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements, conducting thorough reviews and assessments.
  • Effectively allocating resources to optimize productivity and utilization, adapting to changing project needs.
  • Managing changes to project scope, requirements, and priorities in collaboration with stakeholders, maintaining flexibility and agility.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization, implementing changes to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
